I travel extensively for work and it is easy to find overpriced underwhelming food in any city but Muse provides high quality ingredients into delectable courses sure to impress the most discerning foodies. Oysters were not served on ice and were warm but the Blue Points came through. The Mignonette Sauce was excellent. Smoked lobster was delicious (a little chewy). The Pear and Blue Cheese sorbet was interesting. The scallion encrusted tenderloin was perfection. The wine list was interesting and proved to be well paired with the meal.
