He was terrific in the begining helping out with wine selection but towards the end he drew his attention to the new people coming in. Oysters were not served on ice and were warm but the Blue Points came through. The Mignonette Sauce was excellent. Smoked lobster was delicious (a little chewy). The Pear and Blue Cheese sorbet was interesting. The scallion encrusted tenderloin was perfection. The wine list was interesting and proved to be well paired with the meal.
