"We had never been to Murray's and told it was a Minneapolis classic and we most go. Made reservation weeks ahead of time. Showed up 5 minutes early for our 7:00 reservation. However, we did have to wait and did not get our table until 7:15pm. Not a big deal, but I guess I am not used to waiting when I have a reservation. Our server was excellent, very knowledgable and attentive, great guy. However the bus boys were very anxious, several times I had to tell them I wasn't done yet when they tried to take my food away after I had only had it for a few minutes lol. I asked if we were holding up the table for someone, and the server told us to take our time and there was no rush! However, the bus boys made us feel very rushed."

"The Easter Brunch was excellent. Highlighted by Prime Rib, Au Gratin potatoes and Eggs Benedict with homeade hollandaise sauce, NOT packaged. Of course, those pesky, warm garlic toast were present as well!(There are none better."

"Amazing service, you are really taken care of at Murray's! I would like to have given the food a 4.5, as not everything was as great as I expected it to be (bacon-wrapped shrimp, I'm talking about you), but the butter-knife steak was perfection, Caesar was delicious, we loved the garlic toast, and creme brulee was divine. Perfect for a special occasion, or when you just need a perfect-steak fix."

"We've been coming to Murray's for 40 years. Good Friday was a bit of a disappointment.We ordered the special, soup/salad. Salad was very good but neither my sister or I liked the lobster bisque. I only picked out the fish but we did not like the tomato soup part.The other two with us had the luncheon steak which they liked very much. We will be back but not for the bisque soup. Thank you."

"If you want to go somewhere for great steak - Murray's is your place. And we discovered that it is very reasonably priced at lunch. Their steak sandwiches are top notch, and the french onion soup is to die for. Don't get me started on those addictive garlic toasts they ply you with to start out... Highly recommended."
