"This was our first time to dine here. Almost everything about the evening was great: excellent food, service, and wine list. However, the noise level was occasionally nearly deafening, definitely not a place we would care to go for a special occasion."

"We were promised a private room to be ours on arrival at the restaurant. When we arrived we were told that a prior party was in the room and that we would have to wait half an hour. After half an hour we were told that the room was still unavailable. Finally after 45 mins. we were seated in the main room. The noise was deafening. We couldn't hold a conversation even while leaning over our table of four to talk to each other.

Food arrived after clearly sitting under the heat lamps for a while. Every course was grossly oversalted including dessert! I ate essentially only my salad and left most of the rest of the food.

Service was okay.

This was a very expensive meal that we booked for a special occasion. What a mistake!"

"Second time I have been to this restaurant, and once again, it didn't disappoint. I explained in the open table reservation that it was a birthday dinner and asked for candlelight if possible. They went above and beyond seating us in a room that was bathed in candlelight and quite romantic. As though this wasn't enough, Mulvaney's also printed the Menu with the Birthday Girl's name on it! The food was absolutely delicious and Irish in theme, I chose the Grilled Beeler's Pork Chop with Guinness Gravy and she had the Corned Beef and Cheddar Tortellini. One of the best meals I have ever had. I highly recommend this place!"
