Our party of four, including a Montana resort executive chef, were all extremely pleased with our various El Salvador cuisine influenced menu choices and enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere. The fish tacos, chalupas and suizas enchiladas may be my favorites, and 'The Bomb' is to die for. Prices are extremely reasonable! The delicious food is Yucatan influenced, not the usual northern New Mexico fare. George, the owner, is attentive and friendly; and the service is excellent and efficient. The Yucatan influenced Mexican cuisine was delicious and presented beautifully. This is not Tex-Mex, but delicately flavored interior Mexico food with rich sauces and fresh ingredients prepared from inspired recipes. Although the restaurant was busy, the amiable owner, George, took time to visit each table -- very thoughtful and welcoming.
