My son requested bacon while in the buffet line and despite not being on the "menu" the owner/chef had a plate sent over to him within minutes. Got a great table away from the bar scene (aka no TV sound or screens - yeah). Enjoyed the farm house salad and the scallop special appetizer. Then on to the haddock and a swordfish special. The haddock was wonderful and was our favorite dish.
Finished the meal off with the bananas foster - not traditional but very good.

I had seen in the New Hampshire Magazine a picture of the General Tso's Lobster, so I had that for dinner. I liked it overall, but the sauce was a bit too sweet tasting for my liking. My husband got the braised pork shank, and it was delicious and just fell off the bone. I ordered a cappuccino for dessert and was pleased it was hot. Too often I get them just above room temperature it seems. My husband ordered the chocolate cake dessert special, and he really enjoyed it.
