The talented staff at Mrs G and Me use only the finest and freshest ingredients available in the preparation of all menu items and daily specials – all of which are made from scratch and cooked to order. We make it all fresh - from soups to salad dressings and right down to our blackening spice!… We try to use pepper, herbs and spices rather than salt to flavor our foods. That doesn’t mean we don’t use salt, but we use sea salt and keep its usage to a minimum. Did you know that over 90% of the minerals found in sea salt are present in the body?
