"I was very disappointed with my visit to Mr. Stox. Before I placed my food order, I inquired whether the restaurant had a certain condiment to complement my entree. Only after I was told by my waitress, Vivian, that the condiment was available, did I place the order. After I had already eaten a salad and an appetiser,my entree arrived and then I was told that Mr. Stox did NOT have the requested condiment.I chose not to have my entree. The on-site manager was rude and discourteous, and Vivian was unconcerned that she had been mistaken when she said the condiment was available. Don't choose Mr. Stox - there are too many good restaurants in Orange County!"

"Best Easter champagne brunch to be found in Orange County. Various salads, seafood, prime rib, ham, pastries, breads, fruits are standouts but the over-the-top dessert room is heaven on earth. Besides the usual creme brulee, tuxedo strawberries clothed in white and dark chocolate and fancy Easter cookies, there is a table loaded with gourmet tarts and cakes. As you eat, a barbershop quartet wanders among the tables serenading. A delightful Easter tradition!"

"This was not our first time at Mr. Stox nor will it be our last. My wife and I both thoroughly enjoyed the food and the drink (I highly recommend the Mr. Stox martini). I had a Caesar salad, veal osso bucco and a chocolate soufle while my wif had the filet mignon and a special lemon desert which was featured. We have a little contest between us over who "wins" by getting the bestter dishes. There was no question that we both were winners on this occasion. We have also taken many of the Mr. Stox outings to the Getty Museum, the Hollywood bowl and the Reagan Library. I highly recommend them to all."

"Very friendly. Spent our 28th wedding anniversary at Mr. Stox. They helpd us celebrate by taking our picture and printing it out for us before we left. They also gave us an anniversary balloon. What a great place to spend a special occasion."

"Our FAVORITE restaurants for special occasions. Entire staff wonderful. Great homemade breads, amazing wine list & menu always fantastic options. Dessert tray...yummy!
