We expected Sydney Greenstreet to appear suddenly and be seated at the next table. We went for a late lunch and found the place almost empty -- just 6 or 7 tables occupied in a large space. The food was good -- best pan fried dumplings we've ever had (including London and San Francisco) -- and various dishes were divided among us before being presented at the table. While delicious - they could have been hotter. The menu is large enough to satisfy the curious but not particularly challenging. I booked a week in advance & made a special request for my birthday. Nothing was done or said or acknowledge!!!!!!! I was meeting a friend from Glen Cove NY. I will never eat here again! The waiter was cold and very impersonal.

Felt a little embarrassed at the end he had informed us we hadn't tipped enough, we aren't from America and was still very new to the whole tipping thing. That put a disappointment on our night.
