Mr. B's - A Bartolotta SteakhouseSpectacularThis was my first time here. It was our 25th wedding anniversary and when I asked around for a great place to dine, Mr B's came up several times. I thought it was great being shown the different cuts of meat. The two gentleman that took care of us (Brad & Jeff) were fantastic. They were on top of things and saw too our every needs. When we were finished, they brought us a fantastic cheese cake with a candle in it to celebrate the occasion and offered to take our picture. We had a patys of 4 and part of a drink was spilled by us and the Bartender filled it back up at no charge. Then one of the fillets we had was not medium so they took it off the bill AND brought desert. This is Customer Service at it's best. The manager said their staff is here to correct any problems and WOW they DO IT!! Unlike Fleming's in Brookfield, Bartolotta's runs circles around them. I can't say enough But THANKS!4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMMy wife Angie and I celebratedMy wife Angie and I celebrated our 39th anniversary on the 20th of April, and were looking for a nice place to eat and reminisce. We had not had a quality steak in years, and we were getting jaded against all "steak" places. Mr. B's was recommended to us by our daughter and certainly renewed our faith in great steaks, service, ambiance, convenient location, close to home, etc, etc.
Our experience was fabulous. We could not stop saying how great the steak was and everything else about the evening. The complementary dessert was delicious and a nice touch. Very thoughtful.
Kudos to all. 10 out of 10. We can't wait until our next visit to Mr. B's

My only complaint is the tables are VERY crammed together---so having a "private" talk with your significant other is hard. You can pretty much hear your neighbors entire conversation. They also push around a steak cart to show you the cuts of steak. I ordered the rosemary potatoes and they were gross, they changed them and I wasn't expecting what they gave me. I ordered my steak medium well and there wasn't any medium to it, pure well! I don't like to send things back, so I eat it, it was ok, but that wasnt what I ordered! This was the first time I was disappointed! But I want to say I was the only one disappointed out of a party of 6! The ambiance of the place was lovely. The service was excellent. The first table we were brought to was by a window in a nice quiet alcove however there was a heater right there that made it unbearably hot. The staff graciously moved us to a new table which we appreciated. The staff was very knowledgeable in regards to the food. The meal was absolutely delicious albeit it was a very expensive meal.
