It's a very nice picturesque 30 miniute drive from south suburban Denver, and a very good mid-point beween Denver and Colorado Springs if you have friends in Colorado Springs or vice versa. We used to always go to the Roman Villa, which changed its name to the Villa. Without disparaging the Villa too much, the last time we were there (about a year ago), it wasn't something that seemed to justify driving too much out of your way to get to. Not so, however, for the moZaic, which has a truly wonderful ambience to it, is located in a beautiful area, has great management and a well trained wait staff, with very good to excellent food. Service was attentive though wine was presented in a cracked glass. Husband had lamb which had a lot of waste on each chop, never saw that before. I had the small filet and it was pretty good considering it wasn't prime. Sides that came with each were tasty. Husband's request for an additional dish of mint jelly was quickly acknowledged. Food is always excellent. In this case, salmon and pork tenderloin were both perfect. Lovely chocolate dessert.
