  • Very Disappointed

We were told by the concierge at the hotel that the restaurant was delicious and that the steak was amazing. We both got the steak and it was awful, it was fat and had no taste to it. Also the waiter who barely helped us at all added in his own gratuity and charged our card for it before we could even authorize it. We were very disappointed

Food is bland, like it came out of a can. Overpriced for the quality. Expected a lot more from this restaurant.

  • Shrunken Menu, Bloated Prices

Our experiece at Mountain Grill was very disappointing. The menu online was nothing like the actual menu when we arrived so after about 5 minutes, we left. Two members in our party are vegan or vegetarian so we were disappointed to see so many of those options were left off. The Mac & Cheese was noted Vegetarian but listed bacon as an ingredient... The menu was very restricted and the prices were almost double what is posted online. I do not know if this was because of Sundance, but it was very frustrating to drive 45 minutes and not have our expectations met. We ended up going over to Squatters where there were many more veg options and the prices actually matched what was posted online. Better luck next time?

We walked in and the menu was about a 1/3 of the items as their menu on line was. The chef was not around and the waitress could not answer questions about what was available outside of a very tiny menu -- we actually walked out before ordering as it seemed like a disaster in the works

The Restaurant was completely empty at 7 PM throughout our meal during the busy season in Park City. However, the service was great, food excellent. Not clear why nobody at restaurant not far off Main st. Also, for dinner in a room with a nice fireplace, the lights were turned all the way up so very bright. Good restaurant but felt awkward with nobody else eating.
