"Price fixe menu was a great value. Swordfish dish with scallops was a fresh and very tasty dish. Good plating as well. However, the real winner was the shrimp appetizer with bourbon glaze. Service was excellent with our fabulous waitress Jenna serving our dining needs with a super attitude and personality. Thanks Jenna!"

"A promising restaurant that needs a few bit of tweeking. Upon entering the restaurant, the host staff could have been more friendlier in her greeting and not gave me a glare as if I walked into the wrong restaurant. The restaurant was understaffed and the wait for even a drink refill took an average of 15 minutes. The food were well prepared with great techniques, but the flavoring are still not quite there. The steamed mussels cooked to perfection but in a broth that is way too tart. The bouillabase, although cooked nicely, was drowning in a tart tomato sauce. The beautiful steak was tough from not allowing the meat to age and break-down. The upstairs dining area seemed dismal compared to the main floor."

"There are big fireplaces and a very nice bar. The restaurant overlooks the golf course so the view is great. Brunch has plenty of choices to choose from and they never let any of it get low. We are definitely going there again!"

"How fortunate we were to find this restaurant on Open Table during the last leg of our trip from LI to Baltimore. Every outstanding review was right on target, and we were so pleased, that we have recommended Mountain Branch to our friends & relatives in Baltimore. We were greeted warmly, served magnificently by BJ, and savored the delicious food. We chose the prix fixed menu, but would have been equally pleased with many items on the varied regular menu. We can't wait to return on our next trip!"

"Our server was very friendly and helpful. We were seated quickly. What we ordered from the kitchen came quickly and the food on the buffet was delicious. The lowest point was that my potatoes were a bit on the cool side but still delicious! We did not feel rushed and were able to relax and enjoy our meal. Because we had to miss our Sunday church service this is not something we will do often but it was very enjoyable."

"Food quality was quite good. I had rockfish with crabmeat, although it was Venezuelan lumps without much taste, but that just the nature of that meat. Rockfish was perfectly done. The mushroom soup is just perfect and always has been. Two in our party had sea scallops and they were excellent. Service was quick, maybe a little too swift, but fine. Overall, Very very good and enjoyable."
