The waiter was very accommodating and had good recommendations. The setting was comfortable and yet trendy and the food choices were very good. We each tried a different dish and were all pleased with the taste as well as the portions. The only two negatives were the noise level was a little high and it seemed to take a long time for the food to come. The waitress explained that the cooks had been overwhelmed with egg orders which caused the delay. We had the mini crab cakes, deviled bacon eggs, Bacon Bleu Angus Burger and Strawberry-Chicken Salad. Everything was major league - service excellent. All dishes were prepared perfectly and the flavor combinations went well together. The side I ordered was cranberry cole slaw which went well with the Burger. Loved the fact that the appetizers were not overly large - portions were what average person can handle. When our table was ready we ended up giving our table to an older couple who had just walked in (there were no tables open and they had no reservation). We had such a great time at the bar we decided to go back and continue to converse with the couple we met and the great service from the bar tender. All in all it was a very nice night. It was some of the best food I have had in a while. Our waitress was delightful and played along with our jokes. Drinks were a little on the pricey side. I had a gorgonzola walnut salad which was quite good, swordfish steak which was okay (juicy but sort of fishy) and was too full for dessert. My husband had a sesame tuna appetizer (just okay), truffle mac and cheese (excellent) and peanut butter pie for dessert (outstanding).
Our servers were great: friendly, helpful, competent.
The atmosphere inside and out is lovely and relaxing.

My two favorite items on the menu were taken off-- crab wonton appetizer and a creamy tomato pasta. I had not been here in years. My pleasant surprise was it has been renovated and not the same place it had been.

Service adequate. Plates not overloaded as in some establishments. I don't like paying for food that I either leave behind or take home only to have it sit in my refrigerator for days.
