Mosaic Cafe & Catering - Mt. PleasantWill definitely be back!I went to Mosaic, for the first time, on Mother's Day and enjoyed brunch with a friend. I had heard good things and they were all true! The menu had so many great choices, it was difficult to decide. When I requested salsa for my omlet, the waiter came back with a little bowl of pico de gallo - the chef had made it, fresh, just for me! Everything we had was delicious. Our waiter was perfect. PleasantTheir emphesis on local, sustainable, organic food is impressive but creativity, presentation and taste are what we appreciated most at Mosaic. We tried several dishes from their light menu and each was dightful. The atmosphere is trendy and welcoming, not pretentious or stuffy. The homemade, unique desserts were a big hit with our group too. A couple at the next table recommended brunch and after our incredible dinner experience, we agree that brunch at Mosaic is going to be a "must" for us. We chose it because it is also the restaurant where we got engaged, and they catered our wedding. The food and service were both wonderful as always, and the staff treated us very well when we told them our story.
