We were impressed with the service and the food was very good! Some decent choices for the non carnivorous such as bacon wrapped scallops. The bleu cheese dressing could use a little zip. was rather bland. That would be my only negative comment. The steak and food were all the level of quality I'd expect from a top-notch steakhouse. However what sets Mo's a bit apart, is it has a much more relaxed feeling than the other high end steak places around Houston. Is it the only one? No - but it is a very good one.

We had wanted to try Mo's so this was a good excuse. For drinks I ordered a mojito and she tried the Houston, both good. The staff was great all night and very nice. My wife got the dainty lady which is a 4oz prime filet and 2 bacon wrapped scallops. Very good! I got the Kobe (Wagyu) 8oz steak and it was amazing. One of the best steaks I have ever had. The sides came out a little late and were just ok. The manager apologized and comped us free dessert and coffees. He was extremely friendly. The cinnamon roll dessert is worth going for alone. They brought a creme brulee out with 2 candles in it for our anniversary. The food was great (the steak was a tad overcooked - but still good). I highly recommend the spinach and artichoke dip. The side dishes were amazing, Sweet potatoes and Mac&Cheese. The manager was very attentive to our needs. Our server was very nice and persistent. The food... was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be coming back.
The only downfall I could see is the noise level. We sat in the lounge and there was a live pianist. Got there early and decided to sit at bar and wait for a booth along wall. The place is very nice and the outside area is nice also, will maybe sit outside next time. My wife order the tomato salad and i had a house salad both were good except the house salad was romaine menu said iceberg lettuce. For our entree's wife hade salmon and i had short ribs. There served with risotto which is very good and had a side of Mac & Cheese. The food was to me as good as it get's. The waitress was good nothing special. Real treat of the night was the asparagus risotto. Surprisingly good. Wanted to try something different from the normal steakhouse sides, and we weren't disappointed. The Kung Pao Calimari had just the right amount of zing and the portion was more than enough to share. My wife's fillet and my planked salmon were both what we expected. The baked potato was so large that my wife took half home. I LOVED the cream corn - this was one of the best versions I've ever had.
