Morton's The Steakhouse, the nation's premier steakhouse group, specializes in classic, hearty fare, serving generous portions of USDA prime aged beef, as well as fresh fish, lobster and chicken entrees. Morton's is famous for its animated signature tableside menu presentation: steaks, whole Maine… lobsters and other main course selections, along with fresh vegetables, are presented on a cart rolled to your table, where the server displays and describes each menu item in appetizing and entertaining detail. The menu, which is the same at all locations, features a variety of favorite cuts, including a 24 ounce porterhouse, which is the house specialty; a 20 ounce New York sirloin and a 14 ounce double cut filet. Every Friday and Saturday nights, enjoy our famous slow roasted Prime Rib. Morton's Prime Rib is a double cut, served bone-in and roasted to a perfect medium rare. "Ambiance was cozy with a "steak house" feel; perfect lighting. Bread was hot and delicious. Caesar salads were crisp & green with a tasty dressing, but the house salad was skimpy on toppings & bland. Two of our steaks, filet mignon, were cooked perfectly and absolutely some of the best steaks we have had. The double porterhouse, however, was very under cooked & completely rare in places, and had to been sent back to be cooked longer. Suppose it is hard to cook a steak of that size perfectly, but for the price, we would have expected a little better. The mac.&cheese was the BEST EVER! The hot chocolate cake was pure delight, but would not recommend the chocolate souffle. Tasted a little like chocolate scambled eggs. Please see cont below."

"At Morton's, its the staff that makes the difference. From the General Manager to the table servers to the kitchen, the staff at the Palm Beach location is top-notch. The whole atmosphere was personal, yet professional. Food was excellent--prepared as requested and of the highest quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience, and will return during our next visit to the area. One note--the parking situation was a bit confusing for us out-of-towners. Everything worked-out, but the valet was clearly overwhelmed. Arrive a little early!"

"We were seated on time as always. Our order for beverages were taken and served quickly. The wine selection was extensive. Plenty of different salads to choose from. We love the Morton's chopped salad. Steaks were broiled to perfection. The Bone-in ribeye had amazing flavor. Coffee and after dinner drinks were generous. It is our one and only favorite steak house."

"The service was not good because the waiter never came by to see if we needed anything, which we did. More importantly, everyone's food was only slightly warm so we all had to eat very quickly to avoid having the food be completely cold. It was a wasted 400 dollars for 3 people."
