  • "We have dined at Morton's all over the country on numerous occasions. We had been this one is West Palm Beach before as well. Besides the guarantee of the delcious food, one of the reasons we chose Morton's was for the atmosphere. It was a special evening and we wanted to be dressed up. In South Florida the overall dress code is casual and Morton's (on their website) was still asking people to dress for dinner. We were very disappointed to find diners in jeans and t shirts. It definetly took away from the overall experience. If Morton's no longer has a dress code, perhaps you should put that on your website-conversely, if you do have a dress code, perhaps you should enforce it..."

Service was good but it took awhile to place our order. when we did the waitress said she would return to inquire whether or not we wanted any order- ahead desserts but she never did so we ordered from the regular dessert menu which was delicious!"

  • "My wife and I have been dining out 5-6 times per week for many years and have enjoyed many a meal at Morton's. Will never go back to this location and it makes us rethink our plans to go to any other Morton's. Service was terrible. Our waiter was never around. My meal arrived 15 minutes before my wife's meal. My steak was steaming. Why? Did they boil it? I don't know, but it certainly did not come straight off the grill. Could not eat it. Could not wait to leave. I have been a member of OpenTable for many years and the is the first time I have ever written a review."

  • "We enjoy the warm friendly greeting everytime we enter and dine at Morton's. The management and wait staff are just as warm and friendly. New salads taste great. Steaks are always cooked to perfection. Wines and beers that are suggested for our meal met all of our approval. Side dishes are plentiful and deserts amazing. Morton's is the best steakhouse in West Palm Beach."

  • "OK, so I decided to go around and try the best steak restaurants in my area (Florida). So for the last 5 weeks I have visited 1-2 higher end steak houses each week. The top 2 (for me) was by far Ruth's Chris and followed closely by Bern's. If I was looking for steak, I would choose Long horn every time over Morton's. While the cut of meat was good, it was very bland. In my opinion the food was in no comparison to many of the steak houses I went to which was very disappointing to me, seeing as as this was the most expensive by far. Also our server didn't know we were about to spend $400 and treated us like we didn't belong there, and it wasn't like we weren't dressed appropriately or anything. Anyways it was a giant waste to me."

  • "We were seated promptly. service was amiable and efficient. Food was terrific. We all had the boneless sirloin served Pittsburgh style. Steaks were cooked perfectly. Very expensive but worth it. Only complaint would be bar/drinks prices. $18 for a glass of pinot grigio. I understand this how they make money but come on!"

  • "I would have loved to give 5 stars. The filet steak and lobster tail special for Valentines dinner with my wife was excellent and just the right amount of food. My starter of oysters was also excellent. The service was excellent, really top notch. The only problem and it did spoil the evening was the air conditioning. The room was freezing. I was wearing a blazer and I was chilled to the bone. We did ask if the a/c could be turned down and the request was received positively with a promise that it would be turned down. However there was no noticeable difference before we left."

  • "8pm reservations, were sat within 5 mins. Bread/water came right away, nothing else. finally asked for menus 8:45pm. were told server had not come in to work. That's non of our business, we just wanted a good dinning experience. received dinners 9:45pm, after reminding server twice of drinks. I'm sure he was overwhelmed trying to cover another server's section, but we were very disappointed with Morton's. Apart from that, there were multiple cheap wobbly tables that you tried to sit us, & other couples, in. We all requested to be moved. what happened to the dress code? While most men are dressed appropriately, you allow guys in with baggy jeans, their boxers showing, & t-shirts! I'm not planning on another visit to your restaurant."

The hostesses were fun and cheerful - and even took our photo as a memento! Nice touch! Our server, Laureen, was awesome - as was the food. Loved the sweet potato gratin, the roasted asparagus and the steaks were of course amazing! Great evening! We'll be back!"

When we asked if we could have a vacant booth, we were told it was reserved for someone. Didn't we have a reservation? They finally allowed us to sit there. The room is too large and very loud. Only one waiter assigned to our table seemed rushed. Price was higher than Ruth's Crist for same entree. Capital Grille is even more reasonable."

  • "We eat at this Morton's a few times a year and this time it was different. The wait staff seemed overwhelmed and really rushed us through our whole experience. Our very pricey steaks were fatty and tasteless in comparison to previous trips. Our potato was cold, poured our own wine the entire night and at one point when I was returning trom the restroom, a server nearly pushed me over trying to get past me. Throwing his hands in the air. I can assure you that Palm Beach has much more to offer then this outdated, subpar restaurant. We will not return...not to feel the way we felt when we left Friday night."

We were provided with a personalized menu as a keepsake of our special day and a photo of us dinning.   • "Have been here several times. It was the worst service and food I ever had there. The shrimp Alexander was dried out. The Brussel sprouts were raw! Our server was nice but new so slow, had empty drink glasses a lot and had to ask for things. The Caesar salad was dry and had to ask for more dressing. Very disappointed in the food, not sure if I will go back. Just not worth the money."
