We got Menus with our names on it, They took our Picture and framed it, and gave us a complementary free dessert. Our waitress Jennifer was really awesome as well. The service was outstanding and the food was amazing. When I made the reservations, I noted that it was for a birthday. When they sat us at our table, they had printed "Happy Birthday" on all our menus and decorated our table with "Happy Birthday" confetti.
The attention to detail was very much appreciated.
Everything about our dinner was awesome. The Lobster Bisque, Filet Mignon, and Grand Marnier Souffle were excellent. The wait staff were very attentive, but the food delivery was VERY slow. 15 to 20 minute wait for each course to arrive. They were very bust at the 7:30PM hour and the food was served hot and good, just more time was spent there than we had anticipated. They now have a menu instead of a display cart showing the options. Two desserts, however, have had recipe changes that are not as good as they used to be - the key lime pie and the cheesecake. I ordered a bone-in rib eye med-rare "pittsburgh style" and when it came, it was nicely charred on the outside, but dry and medium in the middle. I do understand the conflict of char outside but red center inside, my fault.
