  • "So far I've had 2 of the best steaks of my life at this Morton's. Saturday night's was one of them. Christopher, the manager, always recognizes my husband and takes wonderful care of us. He recommended a fabulous bottle of wine that I wish I had cases and cases of at home! Our server was absolutely charming and very attentive. The only complaint I would have at all is that the salad was amazingly boring. The rest of the meal was absolutely over the moon!"

The ambiance was good but a little annoying with all the college kids celebrating their entrance into corporate america. The drinks were acceptable, but the bartender did not know how to make one of my favorites. Waitress really didn't care and that affected their score."

  • "Service was slow even though there were empty tables in the restaurant. We had a party of eight which included children and you could tell that annoyed the waitress. With a $1,000 tab you think the staff could have been a little more attentive especially when it came time to bring out the main courses. It is sad when one person is 1/2 done with their meal before the other person even gets theirs. I will not be going back to Mortons."

The sides were excellent, Mac n cheese and parmesan fries. The waiter was not very knowledgable. He was not able to answer our questions regarding dishes, and more importantly seemed to be annoyed with our questions. We would definitely go back, as long as we are waited on by someone else."

  • "We were celebrating a special day, graduation. Before we arrived, we received a call asking for the graduates name for the special menu. A touch of class is what we thought! The service was great, the food delicious and the ambiance was perfect. We requested a round table to allow for conversation and they were able to deliver and we were able to visit with all of our guests. I highly recommend this for special occasions or just an evening out!"

  • "Sorry to say, this is my 5th experience since Morton's was bought out by Laundry's and they have changed trememndously to what I would call a Chain restaurant. Food and service are simply not as good but prices are high. Staff has changed, cooks have changed and so has the the food. Even the New Modern Look lacks personal attention, which was one of the pleasures of being there. The food used to warrant the high price, but not anymore. Sad to say, but I believe I am done with them after being a loyal Morton's customer for 30 years."

When we arrived the staff that greeted us wished us a happy anniversary and to our surprise the menu had our names on it and it also said happy anniversary on it. They also took our picture, which was printed and placed in a picture holder with happy anniversary written on it. The food was amazing and every one was so nice. We couldn't be happier and they truly made the night even more special and unforgettable. "

Was a bit offput by eating in dining room in the basement but they did a good job with the space to try and give it as open a feel with as much volume as they likely had available. The only constructive criticism I would have is that if you're going to offer an open kitchen (as they did) it should be more tidy and presentable than theirs was. Very good overall experience though."

  • "There is so many wonderful things to say about Morton's but two that stand out are service and fabulous food. I noted the special occasion on the reservation. Everyone wished him birthday wishes before we even sat down. Our waitress was phenomenal - gave us plenty of time while still checking in with us. We ordered the five peppercorn NY strip steak in a bourbon sauce - very tender and perfectly cooked at medium. The lamb chops were juicy with a nice crust on the corners. Pure heaven. We shared two sides and the carrot cake was to die for. The manager came and chatted with us - he was so attentive. It was like talking to an old friend. That's how great of an experience we had - they let you sit and talk. We definitely will go back."

  • "This was our once a year extravaganza to celebrate the birthdays of two family members who are steak (and wine) lovers. Food very good. Service was OUTSTANDING! I had asked for a quiet table to accommodate one person's hearing disability and we got a lovely private area. They took our photo and gave everyone a complimentary picture. There had a been a slight snafu at the beginning and they were very apologetic and brought complimentary desserts for all--way above and beyond! The whole experience could not have been better."

  • "The filet and the rib eye did not come out as ordered, our wait person did not even bother to ask, if our meat was cooked right, one of the managers came by to check, and we told him, he brought an empty plate and took the partially eat filet and rib eye to the kitchen to be recooked. In a place as expensive as Morton, this was not acceptable. New meats should have been prepared, recooking the same meat is cheap of the restaurant, As one of the managers said " OK is not good enough" This was for sure Worse than not OK, mediocre service and food. The ACCOUSTICS were lousy, the table in front of us, had a group of people, the noise was so bad, that we could not hear each other's words, But we could hear clearly their conversations"

  • "This was my first visit to Morton's and I expected a great steak and that is exactly what I got. The 22 oz. bone in Ribeye was perfect. It was medium rare, just right, and oh so tender. My wife had the shrimp which was excellent also. It is expensive but we knew that going in. I would absolutely recommend Morton's."
