  • "We arrived expecting first class service, food and ambience. My wife and I were dressed for an evening at the symphony. Walking in were people in shorts and t-shirts. The hostess seated us at our table. We had reservations for two but we were seated at table for 4. Staff scurried to remove the extra settings. In the meantime the only other table with patrons was right next to us, and plenty of unused two person tables were all over the place. The waiter was knowledgeable and did an excellent job. By halfway through our dinner the place filled up to about 70% but the noise level became very loud. Anyone with hearing issues wouldn't be able to carry a conversation. The food was good but not fantastic. For the price I expected top of the line."

From the special menus dated with our wedding date and Happy 25th Anniversary printed on them to the picture capturing the moment, we were treated like royalty. The steak is amazing, the staff takes care of all your needs without you even knowing they are there. We had a very lovely time."

  • "We had a wonderful experience. I had made a comment about celebrating a birthday and the restaurant personalized the menu for the day and took a picture. Our server Blake was fabulous! It is a little overpriced for the side dishes, but the restaurant is worth it for the special occasions. The food was top notch. My only complaint would be the noise level if you're looking for a quiet meal. I was happy to have a set of earplugs with me that were used the entire time."

  • "This restaruant is excellent for a special occasion. My husband and I shared the crab cake, each had a BIBB salad, and each had a rib eye. Yum! Food was great! And when we arrived they asked if we were seeing the show at the Keller, which we were, and he was sure we had our food with plenty of time to make it to the show. Dinner and drinks for two was pricy at $178. But it was delish!"

  • "Had the best experience. Our reservation was not until 7. I got married this day and it took a lot less time than we had thought. We headed over to Mortons they sat us right away. Had the best service with Justin. The hostess took great pictures. Everyone was nice. The food was amazing. Thank you!"

  • "This was our first visit to Morton's in several years. The waiter did not listen when we repeatedly said we did not want to know about the specials. We have dietary limitations, which were listed in our Open Table reservation, so we knew we could not eat them. We ordered the steaks medium well and the server understood as he said "slightly pink" in the middle. Steaks came out rare and the potato was cold. He took back the steak and not the potato. Manager came by to apologize and we told him our issues with the cold potato and that our vegetable was also going cold. He agreed it all needed to go back and the order was corrected. Food was very good once we got it, however it had gotten so noisy, we could not hear each other."

  • "This was our second visit in two nights. Had the same excellent service. Food again was excellent, although I did not make the right choice in the cut of steak I selected. No fault of the restaurant, it was cooked to perfection, it was that it was too fatty for my taste. Its nice to find a restaurant that has consistent quality and great service."

  • "Had a truly enjoyable experience at Morton's. The service was beyond outstanding, from the greeter, to our waiter Mark and the General Manager. The food was prepared perfectly and was very tasty. Beware that all side dishes cost extra and that the bill can add up in a hurry. Given that, is was well worth for that special event celebration. If you like, they offer valet parking as well, which served us well on a rainy evening."

  • "Cannot compare with the chain as it was before Landry's gobbled it up. For example, in PDX we expect "crab cakes" to mean Dungeness, but no, it was blue crab from Thailand and very disappointing. Oysters were local, why not the crab? Steaks were excellent as were veggie sides. Wine list is extensive and our friendly and engaging waiter, Mark, help us select. try their Signature Manhattan cocktail. It may be the best ever! Dinner and drinks will easily set you back $100 pp but for special occasions, well worth it. Just stay away from the crab cakes."

The server gave us a good overview and excellent suggestions from the menu, while making us feel as ease about dining in an upscale restaurant. Our food was delicious, and the selections of desserts left our mouths watering. Overall, a wonderful experience and we will definitely be visiting again for our next special occasion!"

  • "Morton's is a higher quality steakhouse. That being said, it's still just that, a steakhouse. Unless you go so far out in left field, there is only so much you can do with steak. The cuts were very good and prepared very well; my medium was exactly medium, and my husband's medium rare was exactly medium rare, both different cuts of meat and different sizes. The part that really stands out for this restaurant is the service! Even during a snow storm and being very sparse with customers, Morton's staff appeared to be operating as they would any other night. Our food was out to us very quickly, the server, Mark, was spectacularly attentive and was a pleasure to speak with. The management was just as wonderful. We will be back!"

  • "A bit expensive but, except the wine, probably worth it. Some of the waiters try too hard and repeat their scripts too often. The wine, Tobin James Notorious, cost $51 and is available from the winery for $18. We got it because the Brazilian wine at the top of the wine menu was out of stock. Our entrees were all excellent, the seafood and the steak alike. The dessert souffles were world class. A good evening; a fine restaurant; would have preferred somewhat lower prices and less angst"

  • "First time I had been to this restaurant. Chose it based on the recommendation of a friend. Decided to celebrate my spouse's birthday dinner there. Food was excellent. They made a very good steak for me and pork chop for my wife. Our friend along with us had the lamb chops and she enjoyed that. Our server, Mark (hope I got the name right but he's the guy with the English accent), was very good. Just the right amount of contact, didn't interrupt when he came to the table, was very knowledgeable on the menu, very friendly, and was all around exceptionally good at his job. While I noticed a couple of the other servers/bussers going off to empty corners to chat, Mark was always spot on. I recommend this place for dinner."

We also used the online coupon for steak and added seafood option and it was delicious. Went there for my dad's 57th birthday and they customized the menu to say happy birthday dad. It was an overall great experience."
