  • "My steak was undercooked. It took the server awhile to come and check how it was. He, Richard was very inattentive, not friendly at all. Since this was our first time at Mortons, I was expecting much better service. The first time he approached the table, he asked "do you want to sit close together so i can move the setting". That was a little rude. Two other important things: 1. The bread placed on the table was stale! We had to slice it ourselves? Then when we did, the bread fell apart (due to it being stale). 2. The glass of water brought to me was in a BROKEN glass. It had 2 big chips on the top. I told the bus boy who panicked and brought me a new glass. Your bartender, Gabe, was the most friendliest and welcoming to us."

  • "Unfortunately Morton's continues to far exceed the price points of comparable restaurants on Sand Lake for both main courses, appetizers and pretty much everything food related. It has the most over priced wine list in Orlando, and charges $30 corking fee if you want to bring in a special bottle for a celebration. The food is great, service very good, however the pricing just don't add up to the experience. There are many other options on "Restaurant Row" with much better atmospheres, great food, great service and you don't feel like you have been over charged. If you are on the company dine, head to Morton's, if you are spending your own money, head elsewhere."

  • "I had heard about Morton's from a friend who dined at another location and they had thought that it was a very good experience. So we went to the one in Orlando. Needless to say that the food left a lot to be desired. My husband's filet was undercook. The Oscar which he added was not existing. I had the lobster special and it was totally over cooked. The only saving grace was that the Manager tried his best to rectify the matter. I do not believe I would ever go back."

  • "First visit! It was wonderful. All of our food was prepared well and flavorful. My only slight was that the food was not nice and hot, however warm. The bacon wrapped scallops!! They were perfect!!"

  • "Starting off_ Old Fashioned was the best, -- Manhattan was fair--ordered sweet, got dry. STeaks good,not great! My son-in law does better! Morton Salad and bread were excellent. As we're potatoes. Loved the asparagus and crab topping! Grand Marnier --double-disappointing-- tasted like raw eggs covered up by a yummy sauce. ---so pricey for less than great! NOT A TOP SHELF STEAK HOUSE. GOOD, BUT NOT GREAT"

  • "We went to Morton's to celebrate our anniversary. Ordered the four course special. The tuna tower was delicious. The salad and main course was good, not spectacular. The dessert was terrible. We ordered the souffle and it was nothing more than air filled rubber. It took a while to get someones attention and then we were not offered the souffle again, because it would take too long. We had waited 25 minutes for the first souffle. We had but two other choices, and they were mediocre at best. The service was very nice. Best thing about our experience."

  • "Hoping to get excellent meat, but the dinner turned into a disaster. The filet/new york strip were not prepared as ordered. Steak was medium instead of medium rare and filet was medium-rare instead of medium. Taste was good. Enough salt, no blood - steak/filet were probably put on hold to relax - like it should be. Chief took it back. Waiter came after a few minutes an thought we finished and took away the sides. I told him that we are waiting for new steaks. The new steaks were again not perfect. Filet was rare - went back - my steak was bleeding and had no taste. They apologized and took the steak/felt off the bill. All i wanted was nice evening, excellent food and pay for it. This was not the case. Had good experience in other morton's."

  • "I Love Morton's! I've eaten there many times, and I always had a great experience! I ordered the chilean sea bass this last visit, which did not meet my expectations, and the service staff was on it immediately. They comped my dinner and they gave my husband and I free dessert. They went above and beyond with service. I will definetely go back! I've otherwise never had any issues with Morton's! "

  • "Scheduled a dinner for 7pm on a Friday night. Service was outstanding and food was great. However the group in the room next to us brought a boom box and played Latin music so loud it came throughout the walls and we cut the evening early since we were no longer able to talk or hear ourselves. The staff apologized for the loud music but no one did anything about it. Said they didn't know the group was bringing their own music which I understand but someone namely the manager should have talked to the group about disturbing the other people around them."

  • "We took our daughter for her 20th birthday out to Morton's. Her wish was to have an elegant evening where she could get dressed up in a fine dining venue. Her wishes came true. The reservation was made indicating it was her birthday. When we arrived, she was wished a Happy Birthday by name. We looked at the menu's on the table and there it was at the very top, a personalized birthday greeting. Her eyes sparkled. The food was excellent. Our server James and his team were excellent in assisting our fine dining experience. A good time was had by all."

Had a wonderful time last year while on vaca....loved the steak and so I planned the same again this year, but was totally dissatisfied with the steak (very very salty) and the service. Although a new steak was done up, it was slightly the same level of saltiness (Cajun ribeye). No one likes to wait for another steak while your partner eats theirs. Also, no apology was given, no manager visit to the table, nada. I'd expect that a returned steak would at least have the chef or manager curious as to why it was returned. I will say though, that the chef has the texture down pact....better service and careful attention to detail needed next time!"

  • "Morton's has the ambience for a romantic quiet evening but missed the mark on the food. Sadly my husband & I will not be returning. Lobster bisque and oyster Rockefeller were not palatable we both ordered fish. My husband had salmon and I ordered seabass, at best it was ok. The au gratin potatoes were very greasy we barely at any of our Side items. The carrot cake was very good. Compared to other restaurants we have dined that are comparable to Morton's, this was our least favorite dining experience."

  • "We went on a Saturday night around 7pm for dinner. We were greeted on the spot and taken straight to our table. We did use the online reservation system but the restaurant was only about 1/2 full. The waiter was spot on with the specials of the evening and all the normal activities needed to make it like it should be. We each had a cocktail which were great and the steaks were perfect. Now wether two drinks, a salad, a side and two steaks is worth $200.00 is for you to decide."

  • "We were in Orlando for an Anniversary get away and decided to have dinner @ Morton's. Can't say enough good things about it. This was one of the top 5 Meals I've had in my lifetime, and we've had meals all over the country. The Shrimp Alexander was to die for. Lobster Cocktail was good, but for my money, roast the lobster to prevent rubbery texture. That would be the only complaint about this stupendous meal. "B" our waitress was wonderful and the staff took the time to do little touches which made the evening memorable. WE will definitely make this our go to special place when we're in Orlando.   • "Service was extremely slow especially considering we were the first customers & told the waitress that we were on a tight schedule as we had to get to the airport. We have been to this location many times & this is the slowest service yet. Customers who came after us received their orders before us. We were seated 1/2 hour before our order was taken. We told the waitress in our first conversation that we were on a tight schedule which is why our reservation was at 5:30. Disappointed."

  • "I will say in advance, that we went to Morton's because we had a $200 gift card. I can't say that this would be my choice for date night with my husband w/o the gift card. Here's why: The food was very good as expected. The filet was cooked to perfection, wine selection is great, we had the Apple Crisp for desset and it was enough for 2 people, very yummy. I have no complaints. I do have to warn that this restaurant is best suited for a "Special Occasion" unless you're used to paying $100+ per person for dinner on a regular basis - This is NOT meant as a bad thing, just a fair warning. Service was very good, server was very egaging."
