I set this up for some of our university personnel. I was called from the restaurant to upgrade to a private room for the group and was told there would not be a charge. Today, one of the university staff advised me there was a charge for the room. This was not what I was originally told. The group had regular reservations which was fine and a private room was not necessary as we did not have any others to show up.
