This was the first time I booked a dinner reservation on Open Table. It was easy and I received an email conformation right away.
Then the day before our dinner I received a confirmation phone call. I would not hesitate to use open table again.
My brother and his wife like beef and Morton's is one of their favorite restaurants. My friend and I like fish or sea food. I did not know how it would be for fish lovers.
We all had an excellent meal and 2 great bottles of wine. Service was also very good.
Dessert was wonderful.

We have been there numerous times before but I always enjoy the experience. The food and service are excellent. We took advantage of their Special Summer menu and would recommend that to anyone. It is a great deal and the food is the same as on the regular menu. Once you enter the restaurant it is reallyhard to remember you are in a mall. From the time we entered the restaurant and staff was extremely gracious. Yes there are changes - new menu items in which we have no interest, ordinary fries instead of the great steak fries they used to have, and some of the tackiest background music in the industry. But they haven't changed the great staff, consistently excellent beef, beautifully shucked oysters, fresh crisp salads, outstanding vegetable sides (the grilled asparagus was an inch thick and truly delicious) etc that make Morton's K of P our steak place. When my dining companion was seated, we ordered drinks and received some well-crafted cocktails: so far so good.
At this point, I must warn the reader: Morton's is expensive. For example, my 12 ounce filet (perfectly cooked, mind you) was priced at $50. Granted it was a magnificent piece of beef, but it came with NO sides; everything was extra. At the premium price, this seems a little mean-spirited.
However, beef lovers will appreciate the quality of the meat; seafood lovers will enjoy the fresh oysters and perfectly grilled scallops. We had no room for dessert. Our waitress was terrific- attentive and helpful without being intrusively friendly. She certainly helped make the meal as delightful as it was. I made reservations on line without any problems, very quick and easy. We arrived about ten minutes early and they sat us right away. We were greeted by everyone with a warm welcome. The manger greeted us before we sat down and when we were done eating to make sure everything was satisfying. The service was wonderful!! We had an outstanding dinner and did not feel rushed at all!! I called ahead and asked if they had menus with no prices. The staff was so accomodating and printed up special menus with our family name at the top. The food was spectacular (as always). But the King of Prussia staff really are the best staff in ALL the Mortons I have visited in the country. They went out of their way to make our night special, making my parents feel welcome and not intimidated by the menu, ect.
