  • "First they could brighten up the room just a touch Let it be said you go here for the steak not for bargain food. I just wish their 'specials' would be more special prices I enjoyed my steak buy my friend did not like the style prepared we didn't expect. That being said when we brought it to our servers attention they more than happily replaced it and even the manager came over to apologize and offer something while he waited. I would have skipped the hash browns next time. But getting a side dish for just one is a waste. If you have room always go for the chocolate lava cake. But my steak was too filling As I said it is NOT going to be low cost. But the steak should be one of the best And Zero problems with open table"

Good variety on the menu though the clear specialty and best choice is a rich, juicy steak, done the way you like it. Share the side dishes - they're too big for one person alone! And ask for "Karim" - he's a top-notch server with a fountain of knowledge about single-malt and other fine whiskies."

  • "Talk about your special dining arrangements.....we've had a Passover seder at Morton's for a number of years. Our elderly parents loved it & our kids still do. The staff have always worked with us as we go through the rituals, bringing salt water to dip the greens, laying out a plate for the matzoh, etc. The food's always great, but the level of personal comfort and ease that lets us look forward to doing this every year tells you more about the place than any simple review of a meal could possibly do. We did break tradition to try one of the seasonal menu additions, even though our ancestors had no such luxury (the watermelon salad's great). And I'd take Morton's filet over my mother's brisket any day (may you rest in peace anyway, Mom)."

  • "I always have a great experience at Morton's in KOP. The food is always outstanding & they now have seasonal menu changes with new in season veggies & specials. Although I was sad to see some of the winter offerings disappear, I tried the new spring specials and they were great. Keeps the menu fresh. My vegetarian friend was pleasantly surprised to find delicious options. They will creat a veggie plate with their AMAZING sides even though that's not on the menu. The management staff is so attentive and customer service is their top priority. That mentality is passed down through the rest of the staff. They make you feel special, which makes the $$ you spend worth it. My favorite place for both business dinners & personal nights out."

  • "Went there for my friends birthday. She ordered her filet to be butterflied and well done. I ordered mine butterflied a d medium well. When we got our Fios we were told that my steak didnt need to be butterflied and neither did my friends. When she cut into her steak it was definitely not well done. She had to send her steak back THEEE times to get it the way she requested. In the mean time my food got cold while I waited for hers. They need to listen to the customers desires and not assume they know better."

  • "This is not the first time at Morton's, but the worse. The room temperature was extremely cool. The server was very inattentive. Our steaks were over-cooked. We sat for 15 minutes after we were finished eating before anyone cleared the table. There were two of us, and our observation was that the wait staff was more interested in larger parties(for bigger tips) so we were not very important that evening. As for question #2 above, with our experience, none apply."

  • "I was running late and called Morton's The Steakhouse in King of Prussia and the weekend Manager William adjusted my time so that my reservation would not be cancelled. He was very pleasant and made our evening of fine dining perfect. We were seated in my favorite booth and our server was Mary. She was very attentive and excellent with providing us with the information we needed to make good food selections. She made our evening special with outstanding service. We also appreciated Manager Brittany's warm welcome. She helped in our incredible evening dining at Morton's. The food was fantastic. Everything! I even went for my favorite dessert of Key Lime Pie. We dined like a king! Thank you for everything."

  • "We were celebrating 2 birthdays and a belated Valentines dinner. When i made reservation, i told them. They sat us at a quiet, cozy corner in a large booth that allowed both of us to sit next to each other. The food was good and the dessert was very tasterful. It was a surprise to both of us, we each got a dessert b/c it was our birthdays. ( I was expecting one for both ) We got another surprise when the waiter took a picture. . When the bill arrived, both desserts were not charged ( a very pleasant surprise, i was impressed) and the photo was given to us before we left the restaurant. The service was very good and we did not feel rushed. Yes, i would return. Thank you for the nice extras!!"

  • "My bf and I came to celebrate his birthday dinner here. We were waited on by Gregor who was very polite. My bf ordered NY strip steak, however, Gregor brought out fillet mignon. He sent back his dish. I had to start eating alone but my filet was overcooked. So we each had to send back our dishes at different times due to the errors that were made by the kitchen/staff and couldn't enjoy the dinner together. This ruined our romatic birthday dinner I had planed for my bf. Moreover, when my bf finally got his NY strip steak, it was chewy and tough, which is not expected from a prime cut of meat. I definitely did not expect this experience, especially when paying a premium on this type of dining."

  • "Although usually close to full on weekend nites with an hour or more of SRO, our Morton's was the busiest we've ever seen it last Saturday nite - more than full & stressed to the limit for at least 2 hours. Every seat at bar & table was full when we arrived at 7:30, with an hour+ wait for walk-ins. Yet there was no angst in sight & things went well despite no break for anyone for the next 2 1/2 hrs. The staff maintained a relaxed pace for our meal and everything arrived on time, as ordered & perfectly done (except for unordered cheese on one dish, which was rapidly replaced - no biggie). Despite the din of demanding diners, our meal was as pleasant as if it were a slow, empty Monday nite. Morton's, we love ya'!"

  • "This was our first time at Morton's and we thought the steak was the best of the King of Prussia steak houses. My wife and I shared the 48 ounce Porterhouse for 2, the 5 cheese onion soup, the wedge salad and the twice baked au gratin potatoes. We arrived at our reservation time of 5pm on a Saturday and were promptly seated. Overall, the food was excellent. We thought the service started great, but as more tables were seated, our waiter appeared less and seemed more stressed. We were very happy with the meal, until we heard the waiter seating other tables and explaining the daily specials and that if you wanted the chocolate cake, you had to order it up front. He did not tell us these things and we left disappointed. But we will be back."

  • "Normally great dining experience. Such a disappointment this trip. Had reservations for 2 for a birthday celebration. Issues: long delays between seeing a server and receiving orders; little to no beets in the beet salad; 1 steak slightly overcooked; baked potato served cold and "issues with baked potatoes" so we could not get a fresh/hot one; offered mashed potatoes instead, but declined since we were nearly finished our entrees by then. Tables seated after us were finished their entrees before we received ours. Server did apologize multiple times for the delays and gave us each a drink on the house to compensate. Staff often stood behind us complaining about issues."

  • "This meal was the most expensive meal I have ever had, but it was worth every cent. My steak was perfect, thanks to advice from my server to order it medium rather than medium rare. I opted for "Oscar style", which added asparagus, lump crab meat, and Bearnaise sauce, and it was the icing on the cake. For a very special occasion -- remember when I said this was the most expensive meal I ever ate? - you won't go wrong with Morton's."

  • "Slow to get seated (40 minutes)..service was very slow as well (another 15 minutes to get a glass of wine). Food was mediocre at best. My wife's $49 steak was ordered medium and came well done. Wine pours were scant. I was expecting way more for a 250 meal..definitely not going back"

  • "We felt like having burgers for dinner, but as part of a nice meal. So we went to "our" steakhouse and settled in. Their oysters are always outstanding - well shucked & delicious - & last nite was no exception. My wife had a chopped salad that also always pleases, & then it was on to the main event. The patties are Morton's chopped sirloin, so they're quite tasty. With fresh lettuce, tomato & onion, they're among the best we've eaten and not horribly expensive ($17? $18? the pleasure's remembered long after the price is forgotten...). I can't quite give burgers 5 stars, although I'm open to the possibility that one will someday deserve them. These are sure close & not out of place in a "good" dinner. If only OT would enable half-stars..."

  • "My girlfriend and I had an 8:30 reservation at Mortons. We enjoyed a couple very good appetizers and entrees. at around 10ish we were done with our food. We saw the dessert menu and ordered some hot dessert items. About 10 minutes later we were informed that the "dessert ovens" were turned off and we could not get any of those items. We were both very disappointed and did not get any dessert since nothing else really was interesting. I have to say overall very disappointed in Mortons. We went across to Sullivans steakhouse about 30 minutes later and got our dessert since their ovens apparently weren't off at 10:30. Next time we will just take our business to them."

  • "The filet was melt in your mouth delicious. The bone in filet was outstanding, great cooking and wonderful sauce. The server was friendly and very competent. The courses arrived on time. Escargot! Very good flavor, cooked properly and served with little puff pastries. Even brusells sprouts and baked potatoes were nicely prepared and tasty."

  • "This restaurant lacks character, and being inside a mall doesn't help. Everything was rather bland, and certainly not worth the price. Honestly, the food and décor resembled something you'd find at much less expensive chain restaurants. Our server was nice, but seemed scattered amongst tables. He never once checked on us after the entrees were served. So I couldn't let anyone know that the mashed potatoes and my ribeye went cold within minutes of being delivered. For the price tag attached to this meal, it's one we should have been talking about favorably for a week after. But instead, we left feeling unsatisfied. The attempt to sell us a frequent dining card at the end seemed very lame, considering we had just spent close to $300."
