"Being a huge fan of Morton's Steahouse, we found this one to be a bit disappointing. We have dined at locations in Miami, Vegas, Atlantic City, Washington DC and the King of Prussia was not quite up to the standards of the others. When we arrived, there was no host at the entrance. After standing at the entrance for about 3 minutes, we walked part way into the area of the tables before one of the wait staff notified one of the hosts that guests had arrived. We were finally seated. Our waitress was great, but was very busy with numerous tables. When our steaks arrived, they were a bit dry even though the flavors were good and definitely not to the point of sending them back to the kitchen. Missed the typically excellent meal."

"New menu is excellent as it has more selections. Had the seafood tray which had lobster crab oysters and shrimp. Then had crab cakes and my wife had lobster cocktail and a pear salad for her entree. Great restaurant but new tech music is weak bring back the Frank Sinatra music. Lou the bar tender makes u feel at home."

"Great steakhouse even better seafood. Service is excellent and new menu has more selection and a great veal chop and great Mac and cheese. Please bring back the Frank Sinatra music the new tech music is HORRIBLE and must go. bring ur Amex it's expensive but worth the price."

"This was the most expensive and worse experience I have ever had!!!! We arrived promptly for a 7 pm reservation and waited 20 minutes to be seated. Our server did not arrive to the table with menus or water for another 15 minutes. She was completely laid back about it. She took our drink order which included a bottle of wine and did return for another 15 minutes with only water. After our apps arrived we were told that they were out of the bottle we ordered which was a hour after we were seated! Dinner finally arrived 90 minutes after our order was taken and it was cold. This was a joke and a waste of a Saturday night. Our server made a joke out of it in the way out! You won't catch me died back in this place!"
