  • "The service was rated as fair, because it was a bit lacking. After finishing salads and a soup, we waited over 20 minutes for someone to clear our plates. We even asked someone to come take our plates and waited another 10 minutes after that. We will be back, but hope the service levels rise."

  • "Dinner at Morton's was an excellent experience. The service was truly outstanding, the food was delicious, and we had a nice booth to enjoy the setting. My husband and I were celebrating our April birthdays, so there was confetti on the table, the menu had our name on the top and we were encouraged to take it home, and Morton's provided free dessert for both of us! They took due care to make sure our meal was paced correctly, but since we were attending a concert, they made sure to move us along so we were not late. I can't wait to go back!"

  • "The steaks were good, but not great. Frankly, you would not be able to pick them out from a steak-line-up against Outback, Longhorn, or Texas Roadhouse. Some of the others might even win. The appetizers, though tasty, were horribly overpriced for what you get (in both quality and quantity). The bread has onions baked on it, the mozzarella is served on top of onions, the macaroni and cheese has onions in it, the broccoli florets has onions in it. Not good for a date who is allergic to ONIONS. My wife described her filet as 'steak flavored shoe-leather'. On top of it all, this was suppose to be a special occasion, our 7th wedding anniversary. We were seated in a nice booth, in a very noisy room. No longer special. We won't be back."

I went with a friend for a special night out, and it was indeed a very good meal with great service. For what we spent, I suspect there is a steak house with steaks that are just a little better. I have high standards for my steak -- and there's was indeed really good. It was just missing a touch of flavor and a bit to crispy on the outside for the medium rare order I placed, for the price."

  • "A few days ago, I made same-day reservations indicating that it was my daughter's birthday. Upon identifying ourselves at the front door, the staff went out of their way to make sure that it was indeed a Happy Birthday and a special time for the entire family. "Happy Birthday" menus, a special table setting, staff members separately coming up and wishing her a happy birthday by name, the dessert, a picture of us put in a Happy Birthday frame... These all made for an incredible experience! The food was terrific as is always the case. Filet cooked perfectly to order!! This combination of wonderful food and a "treat the birthday girl like a queen" experience made it an absolute treat to spend our evening at Morton's!"

  • "The waitress here exceeded expectations. She knew the menu very well and sold us every entree my date and I ordered. The ribeye steak was one if the best cuts of meat I have had. Also I recommend trying the steak bacon, mind blowing flavor that almost melts in your mouth. Don't forget to save room for desert. The hot chocolate cake was the first time I have ever experienced a melted chocolate center covered by a soft chocolate cake bowl. That may sound like to much chocolate but of course Morton's accounts for that possibly so they also include a nice scoop of vanilla ice cream to accommodate the chocolate goodness."

Our waiter messed up the bill at the end and charged our other couples credit card for $115 when it was only supposed to have been $70 after their gift card and it turned into a 40 minute process to pay our bills and leave. I have wanted to eat at Morton's for sometime so I'm sad that its not that great."

  • "Starting with appetizers, the oysters where small and overpriced. Once finished the dishes sat on the table ten minutes before waiter returned. The lobster bisque tasted like burnt milk with one small fragment of lobster. We ordered the filet mix grill. The steak is nothing to impress. No flavor and not impressive. The scallops were mediocre in flavor, the shrimp was good not worth 46 dollars each. my daughter had the seafood mix and commented the only thing really great was the crab cake. We ordered the molten cake for desert. I lacked any real flavor but the small scoop of ice cream was good. Go to Capital Grille. Better food, less cost and better service. Not worth 1/8 of the 380.00 (dinner/wine/tip) bill! DISAPPOINTMENT!"

  • "For the cost of eating at Morton's I have had far better. Ruth's Chris has far better steaks in my opinion. The potatoes were very bland, and the broccoli was not very warm. They did have a very nice wine list, and the escargot was great. Back to the steaks though. We had all had the filet mignon, and it was all cooked appropriately. It just seemed more like a steak I could cook at home rather than an outstanding piece of meat I was paying $50 for. The service was great, but I just was not at all impressed with the food."

  • "This was our first visit to Morton's so there was a learning curve to their process. Specifically the fact they open at 5, but you won't be seating in the dining room until 5:30. As I am a habitual early arriver we got there at 5:15 for our 5:30 reservation. Understandably at that point we had a 15 minute wait in the bar ahead of us. Well 5:30 came and went, finally at 5:45 I went back to the desk , the person responsible for seating people finally came to the front and promptly took another couple to their table even though we were the first people in the building for dinner. For a $175 meal for two, I expected a "wow: experience, what I got instead was disappointed that I had not chosen a different restaurant. The server was very nice"

  • "I have been to a Morons in Denver years ago, first time to this location. I had to ask the valet if I had come in the correct door, he directed me down the stairs. The staff was very attentive. The food was very good, the certainly was enough as we took some of it home and packed up desserts. We will go again. Thank you."
