  • "Everything is great here but the prices. $15 mixed drinks are steep for any budget so this is a special occasion restaurant or if your on an expense account. Steak is fantastic, mushroom spinach side was excellent and the salad portions are actual meals. Service is spot on and a customer service system is in place with management the minute your food comes out. Well managed and a fun night with primo food. Lava cake was too much and heavy but if you like chocolate it's for you."

My cup of water never dropped below halfway filled. My favorite dish is the lava cake. Its the best dessert and is the main reason I go. Others try to make lava cakes but there never as good as morton's."

  • "While Morton's is not cheap, you leave feeling that you got what you paid for - a terrific meal and service. I don't eat at a steakhouse often, but when I do I find Morton's delivers better than its competition. We started with salad - the spinach and the bib lettuce - and we loved both. I had lamb chops and my wife enjoyed the petite fillet. Both were cooked perfectly and the meat was delicious. The sides were good, especially the sweet potatoes. Our waitress, Diane, was fabulous. What was great was that on a Saturday night they let us sit for 3 1/2 hours. A delightful evening and terrific meal."

  • "This was our first visit. I had received a gift card, which is why we chose to come here. When I made the reservation online for 2, I indicated that we were celebrating my birthday. The staff wished me a happy birthday upon our arrival. The menu had my name and date on it also. Our server was terrific.She knew the menu (and how to sell it). Food was great. Steaks were done to order (Cajun ribeye was a little spicy, but did not take away from the taste of the steak). Loved the escargot under puff pastry and the beet salad appetizers. Nothing was rushed. Of course, this was a week night,so it wasn't very busy. I must say I like Morton's a little bit better than Ruth Chris, but just a little less than NY Prime."

  • "The price of their 3-course dinner special has crept up to $60 a person. No longer a good deal considering portion sizes have decreased. For example, originally the shrimp dish was advertised as having Colossal shrimps, but now it says Jumbo. But in reality what we got were much much smaller shrimp. Barely 2 small bites each. Morton's also no longer gives diners the wagon show of the steak cuts. Service was great, the steaks appeared smaller than before but still were very tasty. Still not worth the price."

The staff are all so wonderful and friendly. They really all go above and beyond! The seafood dishes are amazing if you are not in the mood for steak. The chilled seafood platter for two is a must every time we come and also the carrot cake for dessert is like no other!"

We had it printed on our menus and our server, Connor, took our picture and printed it out with a nice portable frame. Our food was fabulous and the atmosphere elegant but the service was hands down the best we've encountered in quite some time."

Food was ok but not worth the price this was a steak I could have had at any number of restaurants for an average price. Other people in our party felt their dishes (fish) was like frozen food microwaved. Sides and Desserts were very good . Maybe they changed chef."

We celebrated my birthday here and the custom menu with my name on it is always a special touch as is the photo they take! Jackie our server was great! And Joe the manager is always very accommodating to any special requests we have, which is very nice. Can't beat Morton's!!!!"

  • "Exceptional steak and lobster tail. Lyonnaise potatoes were too dry and overcooked, did not complain. hot chocolate cake was divine. Service was very good. we were satisfied and expected it to be expensive. However, even for fine dining, it was overpriced. It cost $300 for three people, just for an entree each, plus two sides and dessert. No appetizers, no cocktails, no salads. They ten dollar and twenty dollar every little thing. Yes, that is how expensive it is, that I can't even say they nickel and dime every little thing. I realize this is fine dining, and everything is a la carte, but $12 per side item and $15 per dessert is ridiculous. No romantic ambiance. Tables too tight together. Too noisy. No piano player or music at all."

  • "Over $50 for Filet Mignon, nothing's perfect but when you spend that much you kinda expect things to be close to that. Asked for Medium, steak was medium rare. Steak was still very delicious, but wasn't prepared the way I asked. My GF got the sirloin, same with her's, undercooked, but delicious. Been to this place for the 4th time, this is 2nd time steak wasn't prepared the way I asked. Oh, creamed spinach was watery, could've been creamier. Had minimal flavor, had to mix it with my steak to make it taste better. For the price food could've been prepared better, normal, doesn't have to be perfect. Ruth Chris any day over this place."

  • "Fabulous food, great service, very expensive, but no rush. It seemed that the table was ours for as long as we wanted it. Also, the staff was very responsive and attentive. We didn't enjoy the mashed potatoes with horseradish, and they were immediately replaced with a different mashed potato. Perfect place for a special occasion."

  • "My family dined there to celebrate a birthday, and the staff really pulled out all the stops to make it special. There were a few problems at dinner. The first two bottles of wine we tried to order were unavailable. The wine we finally got was very nice. When our entrees arrived, they were not hot, so our server ordered new ones for us. When the new entrees arrived (perfectly), the manager also sent new side dishes (plus one we didn't order) to make sure we enjoyed a hot meal. They graciously took something off our bill for all the problems...and they were so nice about it. I love great customer service, and they made what could have been an unpleasant experience...very nice! Great customer service makes all the difference!"
