Morton's The Steakhouse, the nation's premier steakhouse group, specializes in classic, hearty fare, serving generous portions of USDA prime aged beef, as well as fresh fish, lobster and chicken entrees. Morton's is famous for its animated signature tableside menu presentation: steaks, whole Maine… lobsters and other main course selections, along with fresh vegetables, are presented on a cart rolled to your table, where the server displays and describes each menu item in appetizing and entertaining detail. The menu, which is the same at all locations, features a variety of favorite cuts, including a 24 ounce porterhouse, which is the house specialty; a 20 ounce New York sirloin and a 14 ounce double cut filet. Every Friday and Saturday nights, enjoy our famous slow roasted Prime Rib. Morton's Prime Rib is a double cut, served bone-in and roasted to a perfect medium rare. "It is very dimly lit for a steakhouse. The waitress was also bussing our table and seemed to have too much work.
The table was not cleared appropriately and we needed to constantly ask for utensils, napkins (that were not on the table at first)

I have had better experiences at this restaurant in the past. Maybe needs better management and an upgrade."

"This was our first time at Morton's Steakhouse in Great Neck. We knew it would be expensive but this was our 35th Wedding Anniversary. The waitress was excellent! We all had steak and agreed it was by far the best steak we ever ate. We could not believe how great the vegetables were. The Cream Spinach was out of this world as were the hash brown potatoes and the Brussel Sprouts. When dinner ended we were surprised at the great complimentary photo we received to remember this occasion. I would definitely go back without hesitation!"

"The food was amazing, but we had a few issues with the service. First, there was some problem when we first arrived and we weren't seated until 15 min past our reservation time. Second, they were out of the special steak only available Fri and Sat nights, but our server didn't tell us that until we tried to order it. Also, they did away with the rolling cart of steaks that they used to use to show you the different options. Overall it was still a very nice experience, I think maybe we just came on a night that they weren't operating with peak performance."

"We went to Morton's two nights in a row...what a difference between a Friday and Saturday night. Friday night was quieter, a bit less crowded, and service from our waiter was outstanding. Saturday night was more rushed, service was not as good, and most importantly, we saw our waiter from Friday night actually as a Maitre D working the floor insuring that everyone was happy on Saturday. There were several quiet parties, and seating the "loud or boisterous" party between the quiet ones was not the best seating arrangement. Overall, since a great evening"
