They knocked it out of the park. Our group had a variety of steaks including the filet, bone in ribeye and the strip steak. The temperature was spot on for each steak and seasoned to perfection. The wedge salad was delicious and could have been a meal in itself. The brussel sprouts and asparagus were prepared exquisitely. The evening was capped off with the chocolate cake which was rich and very tasty. The General Manager James always goes out of his way to ensure I have a great time. Our server Jillian is one of the best waitresses I have ever had. Steak is the point and my dining companions and I tried three varieties: 8 ounce Filet, the NY Strip and the Porterhouse. Each steak was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. Sides are served and charged a la carte.
