Morris Tap and GrillFantastic Mother's Day BrunchThis was the first time I had ventured to MTG for brunch for Mother's Day. I was blown away! The brunch was huge and the quality of the food was outstanding. Chef Eric greeted guests which was really a nice touch and our waitress was so pleasant. We will be returning there for dinner soon and I highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone who appreciates good food. The short ribs sandwich was good but next time will go with my first choice fish tacos. Desserts were innovative and some served in mason jars. A very helpful waitstaff - offered info, and answered questions about the menu. Good food - we had a buffalo chicken flatbread to start, which was tasty and just the right portion. I had the fish tacos which were delicious, and my wife had the pad thai noodles with chicken which was also delicious. The pad thai was a large helping, so she took some home with her. The OpenTable reservation helped immensely as they were telling people there was a 45 minute wait when we showed up - we breezed right to our seat upon arrival! The place was packed the entire time we were there, and finding a parking spot was not happening (had to valet). But you can see why this place is crowded.
