Morimoto's signature offerings include Toro Tartare, presented in a shallow wooden tray with condiments including Osetra Caviar, crème frâiche, wasabi, avocado, shiso leaf and dashi-soy and Tuna Pizza made with raw tuna, anchovy aioli and jalapeno as well as Morimoto Sashimi, a terrine of seared toro, smoked salmon, barbequed eel, tuna and hamachi served with five different sauces in pipettes.

Service was excellent and the food was fantastic! Great views of the marina and harbor also. Parking is easy with the free valet, and the location avoids a lot of the bustle and bustle further down along Waikiki. Great Asian inspired dishes!

The 7 course Chef's Choice tasting menu was a pretty wild ride for these two amateur foodies. But it was an adventure we will never forget. Beautiful food and beautiful scenery. Mahalo!

great service but completely surprised by lack of taste of the food. Hamachi tartare, abalone takoyaki and uni sushi were all under par. The duck plater and the braise black cod were descent but taste did not stand out. Nice outdoor environment.

Morimoto was there! What an unexpected treat. He made our sushi and it was excellent! The service was outstanding and recommendations were great. We can't wait to go back and recommend it to others. Everything was delicious!

The service was extremely mediocre at best. The hostesses were not friendly or welcoming (pretty unproffessional). The wait help was nice enough however they couldn't handle carrying the plates exily. The wait help was pretty inexperienced compared to Alan Wongs, Hiroshi's or even California Pizza Kitchen Kahala
