Well, let's get the bad things out of the way first. We were a party of two. They were out of the item my friend ordered and out of my first three choices! The menu is not that big. Regarding the food we had the "Gooey Mac and Cheese" which was very good, but nothing else we tried that night was memorable. The good: Our server was EXCELLENT.It's so unusual for South Beach. I wish I could remember his name. (It was Wednesday night). Also the restaurant did give us a free dessert for the problem with the entrees. The place was appealing and quiet, but also pretty empty.

Wow...bring your appetite! Very large portions of TOP QUALITY FLAVORFUL INGREDIENTS!!! Beautiful presentation....lovely and knowledgable staff.
My husband had a delicious burger, and at 10oz even he couldn't quite finish it on his own. He is still talking about how great it was. I had the snapper....absolutely delicious!
The chocolate dessert with hot caramel sauce is divine.....definitely a great meal all around

The dishes looked delicious, but the flavors were a bit off. My roasted chicken had a bitter after taste.
I probably will try this restaurant one more time in the future (but not soon) before I completely write it off, just to be fair. The cocktails were good.

I can't say enough about the service and klichen accommodations Morgans on the Beach is willing to make. With two children in tow, we asked for lots of changes and Morgans delivered on every one. No matter the request, the service was with a smile and an offer to find out, They even made a special dessert for my granddaughter! The food is always good...reliable and sometimes very good. The beignets were amazing. I'm worried about Morgans...yes, we came early, but even by 7:30 the place had only four tables. I hope they can put the word out for they deserve o be there, and the neighborhood would be sorry to see them go.

Food is good, service is good. A decent, casual, "go to" place for a meal on a night you don't feel like cooking.
My biggest complaint is regarding ambiance...
I'd love to see it without the brown paper on the tables. And they need some color! How about Cobalt blue vases with a sunflower or the same glass that holds the pencils filled with some brightly colored flowers.
I'd also like to see a brightly colored piece of art on the large empty wall adjacent to the kitchen door.
