"Location and ambiance could not have been better. Set on the intercostal, it's a wonderful spot to take in a sunset with someone special. The only problem we encountered was the service. We were not informed of the specials, our water glasses stayed empty and my $25 NY strip was well done, though it was ordered medium. Only once I approached the hostess (who was very apologetic) did we get more to drink and a correctly cooked steak. Our bill included a drink that we hadn't ordered. The manager did come by and apologize for the mistakes but when you go to a place that charges in the $20+ range per plate, you should get service that matches that hefty price tag. We will not be returning."

"Have eaten here for many years. Excellent seafood, much better than its touristy, jammed packed, fish house atmosphere might suggest. Always professional knowledgeable servers, and properly cooked, and many times innovative food."

"Dinner was fantastic along with the service! Would definetely eat here again for dinner. On a side note, we ate at the outdoor bara nd grill outside for lunch the day after dinner. If we had eaten lunch first we would not have gone back for dinner. Our waitress was terrible and our food wasn't much better."

"Friendly service from the moment you walk in the door. Attentive staff. Excellent food and ambiance. Will definitely return on our next trip to the Charleston area. We liked everything so much we went twice in one week during our stay."

"Six of us were in town for the Cooper. We had a fabulous meal and a marvelous waitress; I'm so sorry I didn't catch her name. We were the Kuester group - perhaps she will recall serving us. We had a window table at 7 pm and the view was just lovely."

"As usual, we had a great meal- all had seafood of different varieties- and was excellent. Get by a window if you can, but anywhere is fine. One of the great things about Open Table is that this can be requested and there is a much better chance of getting what you want. Great uot door bar on ground leel and an open roof top bar. They now have breakfast every morning-- started about a week ago. We live about 3 blocks away and have been there often the last year-- no bad experience at all."
