    After choosing your dishes among a short -which usually implies fresh cooked dishes- mediterranean menu, and an as short but clear list of wines and beverages, you are given your waiter's name and have to wait for it. Once arrived, he will lead you in another completely dark room. Your eyes won't have a chance to get used to it, you'll see nothing from the beginning to the end and will have to trust all your other senses. It made us appreciate even more what we managed to catch in our forks : a tender piece of lamb. Nothing. Potato and a mushroom sauté. You will eat with better care. The dessert were the perfect final touch with the wine, and our helpful and gentle waiter. You go out of there like you wake up from a dream....More
