We had reservations, but for some reason we were not seated right away (despite our table being ready) which was a mystery to me?
The restaurant was quite crowded, so our large group had a hard time not getting bumped into at the bar while we waited.
The service was excellent; we loved our server; however I found the food moderate. Loved the scenery of the Bellagio water shoe from our table. Francois was by far the best waiter our family has ever had the pleasure of dining with. We all come from various aspects of the service industry and have high expectations. Your restaurant and Francois surpassed them all!! He was thoroughly engaged with our party without being overbearing. His ability to read and interact with his guest is second to none. He had us laughing and even shared a few of his own stories with us. Something we will never forget is the look on our father's face when he was presented with a champagne bucket containing his favorite beverage, Miller Lite. We were visiting this past weekend and he wanted us to take him there and so we did, I have to say it was one of the top 2 or 3 meals we have had in Vegas and we have samples alot of the restuarants on the strip. Had the Steak Classique, it was truly one of the most flavorful steaks I have ever eaten. I had the seafood crepe, which was fantastic, and my husband had the quiche lorraine, which came as a huge, delicious serving size. Our waiter was pleasant enough, but he disappeared for what seemed like forever after taking our drink orders, so we sat there for the better part of half hour with just water, which was a little frustrating.
