"The food was not what we anticipated. The fried oysters were chewy like rubber. The broiled grouper was dry, not tasty and just a strip size.
The cocktails, o.k. For a party of four, $206 was the price and not worth it.
When we entered the hostess escorted us to the very back of the restaurant, passing many empty tables and she was not cordial. We will not eat here again or recommend. The servers, good; however I suggest diversity training and gaining people skills."

"This was for Easter brunch and it was good. We did notice that they were not allowing substitutes with our entrees. Everything was predetermined. This was a little of an inconvenience."

"I honestly lost faith In a lot of restaurants with them making mussels because they are always soggy and mushy. When I tried the mussels I about passed out, they were sooooooooo GOOOOOD! I recommend this restaurant to anyone. I'm from north Augusta so we traveled about an hour to try this place and it was worth it."

"While I've flagged MoMo's as good for groups, that's not really what I'd rather see happen. The space is rather small and intimate, and groups make more noise. Sigh. MoMo's is a genuine neighborhood gem. While it's housed in a strip complex, the interior is decorated to create a warm, intimate, relaxing atmosphere, hence the "scenic view" flag. Admittedly, the interior view is quite a bit more scenic than the exterior. The service is good every time I go and the food is very good, sometimes extraordinary. MoMo's is a place where one can enjoy quality and elegance without having to go to a lot of trouble oneself. You can come there from work and feel perfectly at ease."

"Salad was wonderful. Entree was bland. One dessert was wonderful, the other mediocre. They were out of several wine selections we were interested in and the waiter had to keep coming back to our table to retake our drink orders. One entree was given to another table, so didn't come out with everyone else's meals. The checks were not split properly, and we had to correct the check, including adding items left off and change items incorrectly included. Not sure how we got the correct food. Once corrected, they automatically added 20% gratuity to a party of 6. Was removed upon our request. It took 45 minutes to get corrected tickets and to pay. When we asked to speak with the manager, he seemed annoyed with us rather than helpful."
