MK Valencia is a wonderful addition to the Bergen County restaurant scene. It's Big Apple atmosphere and food, with apple-tree-in-the-backyard service. The range of prices (from really reasonable specials to somewhat pricey entrees) makes it doable; one can spend less, or go for the big bucks - either way, the food is delicious. We intend to become regulars.

Another great evening at MK Valencia. It is a favorite for dinner and drinks, and has that New York vibe without worrying about the tunnel or bridge traffice. Love that the prices of the cocktails have been reduced (without affecting the strength/taste!). The updated dinner menu and desserts are wonderful!!

Great food especially tuna tartar and veal chop milanese were outstanding. Also owner, Mr. Kim went to each table to see how everything was. We even got a tour of the entire restaurant including the kitchen. Will definately be returning.

Very nice place right on Main Street in Ridgefield Park. Very nice modern, upscale decor. Food was excellent as were the drinks and the service. Would definitely go back and would recommend it to friends and co-workers.

Last weekend was my third visit to MK Valencia. The first time was lunch with a few friends, the second time was a birthday weeknight celebration with my girlfriends and last weekend was dinner with my husband. Every time the service was attentive and the food was excellent. The paella and sangria Monday special was delicious and a great bargain. It's great to have such a high quality restaurant in the area.

Everything at this restaurant and lounge exceeded our expectations, The decor is right out of NYC. The tables are large enough to accommodate the plates and the diners. Our server, Megan, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The portions were a perfect size - enough to really enjoy but not too big to finish. The tuna tartar, mushroom soup, goat cheese/frisee/poached pear salad, and the zucchini chips were all fresh and delicious appetizers. The veal milanese was the best I'd ever eaten and it's my favorite dish; the meat was tender and breaded just right and the salad did not overwhelm. The roast chicken was succulent and flavorful. The skirt steak was flavorful but a tiny bit tough. The brulees and molten chocolate desserts were scrum

We ate at your restaurant on a recent Sunday early evening, so it was quiet. Perhaps we did not get a truly accurate sense of the restaurant's aura because of that. The restaurant's decor led us to believe that very active and perhaps young crowd usually fills your space? However, the food was very good, and surpassed our expectations, even though the NYTimes had described the food as excellent. The service was also more than acceptable and very friendly. We look forward to returning, especially as you are located close to Edgewater, where we reside.
