Although the restaurant was very crowded due to parents weekend, they offered their full menu and took no shortcuts. We reserved one of the Tatami Rooms in advance which holds up to 16 people with two tables. Students and siblings took one and parents the other. We had a party of 15. Once the doors were closed, we could converse in relative peace and enjoy a really nice meal. We ordered special rolls, Hibachi, house salads, and soups. It took a little longer to fill our orders, but the staff was as attentive as they could be and the food very good. One tip is NOT to share an Hibachi entree. It does serve one. I would recommend reserving the Tatami room for large groups, it was a unique experience.

Great for kids, the food and the chef performances are exactly what you would expect. It is not horrible and it is not great. A pleasant evening with ok food.

Took the family to check out Mizo's which has taken over for another Japanese restaurant. Found the service better, food quality decent, portions on the ok to small size. It's about the show, kids loved it, chefs very entertaining all around and engaging for the family. Kids portions are reasonably priced also.

Great for parties looking for "dinner and a show." But they have non-hibachi seating as well, which is generally quieter and more private. We've been a number of times for dinner.
