"Mixtura went above and beyond my expectations. Classy restaurant with subtle, elegant decor, Great server, very genuine. The food, unique and exciting without turning into some complicated hip fusion thing. I had the ceviche sampler, Las Dunas salad, and grilled octopus. Everything was perfection. I want to try everything on their menu."

"The appetizers (ceviches,tiraditos and the octopus were outstanding, as was the soup);however the special fish and the black quinoa were not as good, as a matter of fact the fish waas somewhat overcooked."

"Excellent ceviche and Chupe de Camarones. Everything else on the menu is very heavy and all tastes the same, it looks creative but the flavors are all so similar you can't tell you changed dishes. This restaurant should forget about its entire menu and stick to the three things they do well : ceviche, chupe, and causa."

"If you like Peruvian food (and who doesn't?) THIS is the place! The menu (particularly the ceviche combination) is excellent, the service is outstanding, and while the wine list can be pricey, there are very decent and reasonable choices. The restaurant is appealing, the decor is great, the only thing it does not have is a view!!! But you can cross the street (Collins) and can quickly be at the beach....Definitely a good choice!"
