The food was very good and our waiter was a cutie and good server. Overall a very good dining experience and because the manager sent us a gift certificate I was able to bring back my friends from the first time who had not been to Mitchells before and I'm sure they will be back.

All of us ordered fish. 2 of us were particularly pleased, 1 was satisfied and the fourth was sorry she had not chosen a different form of preparation. The Copper River salmon and a sea bass special were both very, very good. The tilapia seemed to be a bit overcooked but did have good flavor. The Shang Hai Seafood Sampler was the only entree that missed the mark.
Cocktails and wine were very good. Our server was helpful and paced dinner well. We had a window table which provided a terrific view of the Ohio River. Prices were reasonable for what we received. A salad offered would have made it perfect. Bread was offered but we eat gluten free so that was not an option. White Potato was offered but we prefer sweet potato which is not on the menu.
A non gluten item offered instead of bread would be a nice compliment to start a meal, I suggest vegetable with a greek herb dip or maybe a gluten free chip or tortilla with a fresh salsa.

We made a reservation using Open Table and in the online request, asked for help with seating because one of our party has hearing problems. We are heartened to find that they actually saved a booth in a prime location for us because noise was muffled in that spot. We asked for some extra sauces and got prompt attention. No waiting. I had the seared tuna for an appetizer, my husband had the calimari. Both were very good. I had the barramundi for the first time. It's now my favorite fish. Our waitress recommended it.
