I gotta admit that Mistral that hit all the french culinary tones! From the Escargot to the Main Course( Filet Minon), it was awesome till the end. The 1 hour and 13 min wait was worth it, but would've been better if it was shorter. Everything was excellent. We shared everything and all was split beautifully in the kitchen. My dining partner eats very slowly and they kept checking to be sure everything was prepared in a timely manner and perfect so not over or undercooked. We split the lamb loin and she likes it medium well and I like it medium well and they cooked each half perfectly. Our server was terrific, attentive without being intrusive.
I had heard of the restaurant but never been. DineLA engouraged me to try it.
