A word from Misto Bistro
Located in Carrollton, just a short drive from the tollway. In the past year Misto Bistro was voted "Best New American Cuisine" in DFW, and the shrimp and grits was chosen as Top 10 Best Menu items for 2011.

We feature crepes, prime rib, lamb shanks, excellent salads, and the smoked… meat platter you must try.

On Tuesday and Wednesday night Executive Chef Janet Jeffords Parr creates fun and unique prix fixe specials featuring cuisines from around the world with her unique twist. You also need to stop by on "Taco Thursday" with five gourmet tacos to choose from. The regular menu is also available.

Come in early and enjoy happy hour Tuesday through Saturday, 4 to 7, and sit at our 200-year-old Parisian bar, and enjoy a roasted beet salad or an order of our fried green tomatoes.
