Miss Pearl's Jam House is located adjacent to the Waterfront Hotel, nestled in the heart of Jack London Square, with spectacular waterfront dining and meeting spaces. We have 13 versatile rooms, several with waterfront views and windows, accomodating 10-300 people. We specialize in weddings and Bar Mitzvahs and with the proximity to the hotel it makes for a convenient location for your out of town guests to stay
Our experienced and dedicated staff will assist you in planning your special event or meeting. We offer wireless internet in all rooms and we have an in-house audio visual technitian on hand to assist with slide shows or presentations.

Miss Pearl's is back-and better than ever. Originally located in the Phoenix Hotel, Miss Pearl's is now nestled in the heart of Historic Jack London Square in Oakland, in a beautiful waterfront location with sweeping views of San Francisco and the Oakland-Alameda Estuary. Our Executive Chef, Eddie Blyden has created a menu that draws it's inspiration from the Southern States and has a modern approach to comfort food. Classics such as Seafood Jambalaya and Gumbo share the menu with the freshest seafood, Grilled Ribeyes, Pork Chops and appetizers like New Orleans BBQ Shrimp and Beet and Fennel Salad.
Beginning on Sunday, October 2nd we will be featuring an Endless Mimosa Buffet Brunch. 10am to 3pm. $29.95 and children under 12 eat for free
The Jam House is the lounge which features live music music at the weekends and a Happy Hour 7 days a week with a Happy Hour Bar Bites Menu and Drink Specials.
