The menu is focused and the choices are wonderful. I thought the wines we tried were excellent too. The wait service is warm and attentive -- Miramar's does take customer service seriously. The food was much improved. I had a salade Lyonnaise that was perfect in every way, and the charcuterie plate also was outstanding. The service, though, was strangely inattentive. We were there for lunch, and although there were only a few other occupied tables and many waiters, we had to flag down someone to order drinks, and we waited for what seemed like an inordinately long time for our food.
