"Miramar is ususally one of our favorites...we're ususally there about once a month,or sometimes more often.

Tonight, the food was great as usual, but the service was spotty, and the noise was excessive....a party of four at a nearby table was extremely loud, to the point of being rude to those of us nearby. I wish the managment had intervened, but I'm sure they didn't want to offend this party. We'll be back, but hope that we have a better experience next time."

"We have been dining at Miramar since it opened. The new menu (about a year old) is more appealing and the food has been much better lately! We love the Lyonaise salad, linguine and white clam sauce (one of the best we have enjoyed anywhere in the United States), roasted chicken and salmon. The mussels and fried calamari are terrific. The only dish we were not impressed with is the boulliabase and preferred the original Miramar recipe. I would like to see a more varied wine list by the glass and a more generous pour for the cocktails. Service, as always, was efficient and professional."

"While the restaurant is a lovely place, there are things that need to be attended to. We were seated RIGHT NEXT to another table (booth) while there were other options available, when asked to be moved we were told those other tables we reserved. NEVER saw anyone at them.Tho the waiter was nice, we had a hard time understanding him. The oysters were yummie, as was my goat cheese salad, I'll be back for those real soon. But my main course....white fish with a tarragon sauce? The entire top of the fish had a THICK layer of very green tarragon/butter sauce on it. Now I do like a hint of tarragon flavor, but this was just waaay too much. So I could barely eat it. THIS really needs to be redone!!"
