  • "The table next to us was seated after we placed our order, but was served before we even got our salads. Server was very nice and luckily we were not in a hurry. What is usually under 2 hours for dinner, took almost 3 hours. We filled up on bread while waiting and had to save the rest of the wine to accompany our main course. The food was very nice once it arrived."

The menu leans towards small-plate eating but there are still plenty of main dish selections for those who don't like to share. A large wine selection as well as some interesting beers on tap. Of course, a full bar. Pleasant, non-fussy, casual, delicious."

  • "I had been looking forward to reading at Mirabelle for a while. The food was quite good however I was slightly disappointed by the fact that there was a Valentine's day menu. You were only able to order off that menu and it was a decent range but nothing that I was very excited about. Also, the appetizers were heavy in fish and I'm not a fish person. The regular menu is slightly more varied and interesting to me. They also had a singer and it was a bit loud for a Valentine's dinner."

  • "I am not much for red meat but something made me order the filet. Incredible and perfectly cooked. My husband's prime rib was also delicious. Pot de creme was a wonderful surprise. Our waiter was attentive and non-intrusive. Overall, another wonderful and memorable meal."

  • "My wife and I returned to Mirabelle after a pleasant experience with some friends about a month ago. We dined at the bar and had great service…good beer recommendations also. The food is very approachable for 'foodies' and novices alike. We enjoyed the charcuterie board, perfectly cooked octopus, chestnut agnoletti, moules frites and the beef tartare. Everything was well executed and very reasonably priced. The portion sizes were also perfect so diners can order a variety of dishes without being overwhelmed. We look forward to our next visit and will bring friends next time. Highly recommend! Thank you."

  • "Many of my friends recommended Mirabelle Tavern so my expectations were high. The ambience was great and there was a definite attempt to provide good service. The service fell just a bit short when we were never offered bread (other tables were receiving) and not asked if we wanted a coffee refill. My husband was happy with his meal but I was disappointed with the fish and chips. The fish was bland and the fries were room temperature. Caesar salad was excellent, dessert portions very small. I am prepared though to give this restaurant another try."

  • "It was a lovely brunch with lots of different choices. It just got very crowded and the wait staff appeared overwhelmed. We found we had to chase them down to refill our champagne & mimosa's. My husband got coffee that was cold...twice. There was both a large party there for a 50th birthday as well as a wedding so once they came in, the room where the buffet was became very crowded and lots of the selections were gone. All in all the food was wonderful, I think we just hit them on a day when they were very busy.... We would go again as the food was very good."

  • "We love mirabelle tavern and the live music on Saturdays is fantastic. We were so disappointed this last time though. Our group of 4 ordered 4 appetizers and 4 entrees the apps were great but they forgot one of our entrees. When we told them they said it was sent to another table and they would comp the entree and send another out when it was ready. That never happened. The waiter spent the rest of the evening avoiding us. When we asked for the check they said they were sending over complimentary desserts. They did send over 3 desserts half an hour later. After waiting so long we were just ready to get the check and leave. We always have a pleasant experience here and are hoping it was just an off night."

  • "we had Friday, 7 pm. reserv. Bar in tavern open to the restaurant but the vibe is good it just becomes part of the ambience. Had the very reasonably priced prix fix menu. So many amazing options it took a while to choose. Ended up ordering a few appetizers for the table of 7 to taste. The mixed green salad with the goat cheese crouton is super generous for a starter course. The blackened swordfish was unique--a blackened spice marinade instead of the traditional dry spice pan seared, so it was more elegant and lighter (and less salty) than typical blackened. My son (11) had the duck and it too was delicious and daughter had fish & chips (yum!). We never felt rushed through dinner at all. Pace was perfect for enjoying a night out with family"
