"Service was, perhaps, best this time. Waiter was great. Food excellent, as always. Elk was terrific, as was tenderloin. Appetizers equally good - the usual beet/apple/goat cheese salad was redone and yummy, and the soup is always good, as well. Dessert was a berry tart and had to be one of the best crusts I've had... and of course, berries perfect. Was a wonderful evening... down to the tiny beer-stein-brownies. This has to be the best restaurant in the valley"

"We chose Mirabelle for a special dinner while we were in the Avon / Beaver Creek area. Online the menu looked great, however, with the recommendation of the the staff we had a delectable dinner that included one of the best preparations of Dover Sole we have ever had. The service was present when we needed them, however, they also respected our privacy. We would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion or to have an absolutely wonderful dining experience."

"This restaurant is outstanding. It is tucked away from the bustle of Beaver Creek in a farmhouse at the foot of the mountain. The staff is real and warm and delightful. Service was impeccable. I had the Colorado lamb and my husband chose the elk. Both were fabulous. Even with all the many fine restaurants in this area, we have chosen to return to Mirabelle tomorrow night."
