Mint Indian Bistrothe best in Vegas, bar nonegreat command of spices. Lots of variety. and Belgian beers I've never heard of.

We couldn't find an Indian dinner buffet in Las Vegas but selected Mint since it had a prix fixe menu that included our classic favorites. (They do have a lunch buffet so we'll be back for that!). I found the food quality and selection to be excellent. Some creative cocktails as well. This place is both trendy and vibrant -- most of he crowd were 20-somethings, but we felt very comfortable as a family of four with a great kids menu that satisfied our 8 and 7 year old boys who have not developed a taste for curry.
