The old Holiday Inn is now a Doubletree w/ Mingos restaurant inside. It's very nice, and our food was good. They have AYCE crab legs on Saturday nights and a brunch daily. CJ was one of the best servers I've had in a long time too.

I usually only eat at a hotel restaurant when I'm staying at the hotel. I'm so glad I broke that habit when I decided to go to Mingo's. The food was fabulous, especially the pork wings - so good in fact that I may just order appetizers the next time. The specialty drinks were creative and the service by Keith was excellent. Never did get to the wine list but I'm sure it will be notable. I'll find out next time. Truly a surprisingly delightful experience.
