The ambience is sedate and the menu is primarily on the meaty side as the name Chophouse suggests. A bit on the pricey side. Would recommend for a special occasion or business lunch or dinner. The service was wonderful. Parking is free or valet. The quality of the food served, filet and sides of asparagus spears, four-cheese twice baked potato and mushroom caps all very good. The Basil Tomatoe Garlic Soup left something to be desired. It is our go-to restaurant. We always have a lovely time. The ambience with the dark wood and the music is extremely relaxing and we always find the entire staff super friendly. We highly recommend the crab cake appetizer, the wedge salad, and we have so far enjoyed the shrimp, chicken, salmon, and steak entrees on several occasions. We witnessed a marriage proposal on this evening so you can see it is a very romantic restaurant too. We had a lovely time each evening. The staff is so very friendly and welcoming; the decor is so classy with its dark wood and music; the food is outstanding; and overall it was just a wonderful dining experience. All the cuisine that we have tried on the menu this evening and previous evenings has been delicious. We loved the crab cake appetizer, the wedge salad, and the chicken, shrimp, salmon, and steak entrees.
